Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally shipped on the next business day after the date of purchase, Monday through Friday.

Thorne does not normally ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping

Orders shipped within the United States are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking information will be sent by email after the order has shipped.

Free Ground Shipping

Retail orders shipped within the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii, receive free Ground shipping.

For orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping fees may apply. Alaska and Hawaii orders receive free shipping when the order total is more than $300; otherwise, shipping fees vary and may have a minimum charge of $30.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited and overnight shipping may be available for an additional fee.

Overnight and expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, generally ship the same day.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Thorne's control, including carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Thorne's preferred shipping carriers deliver to physical addresses. Thorne does not normally ship to PO Boxes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Under Thorne's Terms of Use, risk of loss and title generally pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or shipper. Thorne is not responsible for lost or stolen packages except where required by applicable law.
